How to Cancel

  1. Log into your dashboard
  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Subscription
  3. Click “Cancel Subscription”
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

What Happens When You Cancel

Service Access

  • Service continues until the end of your billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused time
  • Data remains accessible during this period

Data Retention

  • Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
  • You can export your data during this period
  • After 30 days, data is permanently deleted

Refund Policy

  • Monthly plans: No prorated refunds
  • Annual plans: Prorated refunds available
  • Enterprise plans: As per contract terms

Reactivating Your Account

If you decide to return:

  • Reactivate within 30 days to restore your data
  • Previous settings and configurations preserved
  • Choose any available plan upon reactivation

Enterprise Customers

Enterprise customers should refer to their service agreement for specific cancellation terms or contact their account manager directly.
